Thinking cap Professor
Alan Snyder believes that has devised a means to create creativity on demand.
The "Thinking Cap" works by zapping the left side of the brain with
with carefully targeted magnetic pulses. After a duration of approximately 10
minutes, studies have shown that people begin to display in creased levels of
creativity, awareness and the ability to more accurately estimate the number
of dots displayed on a screen for a short period of time. This
weekÕs special – Banpo Water Fountain ÒWhen in
operation, Banpo Water Fountain will send 60 tons of water 20 meters down to
the Han River from the Banpo Bridge every minute. The water fountain runs a
combined length of 1.2 kilometers along the sides of the Banpo Bridge. The
water for the fountain is pumped up from the Han River which is then returned
to the river.Ó |
