Banners

I thought that when recession is over we would finally ditch banner ads or upgrade them to something actually more useful. Looks like we are entering some sort of new era, which would flood us with more and more... you know what. News like that make me believe that there is going to be many banner start-ups after crunch is over and old boys would scoop even more cash for the same old stuff. Are we finally having a banner ads generation: people that are not immune because it is something the were brought up with? I don't believe the good and some pretty wrong banner ads out there and it is us that use them. So we can put that old chap to bed then and start clicking like mad.

This week's special - Augmented reality 2.0
I think that finally Star Treck's Holodeck is within our age reach, that thought reminded me of ending of Soylent Green movie... hopefully they'll do something about it before we would have to look at it as at the last thing.
