Carte Noire introduced the origin of its coffee through the “Fire and Ice” brand activation. The challenge was to create an interactive Kinect-based game alongside a digital outdoor experience that could travel across France and engage audiences in a public setting.
I designed and directed a motion-enabled Kinect game displayed on large public screens touring 11 cities across France. Installed in shopping malls, the experience allowed people to physically interact with the game and explore the freeze-roasting process behind Carte Noire coffee in an engaging and accessible way. I also oversaw production across teams in three countries on two continents, ensuring consistent execution and delivery at scale.
